"This album has two improvised compositions played by a trio formed by me, (making this my first work as a lead guitarist), Felipe Fuentes on bass & Juanma Cayota on drums. The three of us have only played together on stage one time. And the other time was in this album. So far. Imagine what we can achieve! "The guys had this grant to apply for and asked me for advices since Im a long time friend of Morgan Steyh and we had this whole "why not" thing back in the 80s.. Anyways, as they didn't have any songs, I suggested Heliodoro to ask the Montevideicos to send him some stuff so he could play over it. It would probably sound like shit, but we couldn't deny it's a good idea, right? Just send shit to people and collaborate, you know? Don't even need to listen to it! haha Maybe it will sound like the music Aliens would be keen on, I don't know." - Sofia.
